RP: Audio output control in QuickSetup

QuickSetup is now customised for the Raspberry Pi, the start of it anyway.

There are now radiobuttons to choose whether the routing of audio output is automatic, to the analog socket, or to HDMI.

QuickSetup could in future have widgets to control entries in 'config.txt' in partition #1.

This probably would have general applicability across the spectra of systems which have HDMI delivered via Motherboard, video cards, etc.

This is an important contribution.
